Bacon wrapped baked eggs

Simple, delicious, and a beautiful presentation. Easy to make and cleanup is a breeze.


6 eggs
6 strips thick bacon
Parmesan cheese, grated
Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and line each with strip of bacon; break an egg into each. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil for 5­ to 7 minutes. Remove from oven and slide knife around outer edge of each baked egg and remove. Serve immediately.
